- Admissions & Sales: Conduct consultative counseling sessions and outbound calls to convert leads into admissions.
- Academic Guidance: Advise students on course selections, career pathways, and curriculum requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with students and parents to address learning problems and suggest appropriate educational solutions.
- Strategy & Targets: Achieve or exceed set sales targets and develop strategies for student recruitment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and performance, often using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–5 years in academic counseling, inside sales, or overseas education.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
