Support day-to-day maritime logistics and supply chain operations including cargo coordination, vessel scheduling, and shipment documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams across chartering, ship management, and commercial divisions to ensure smooth cargo movement and on-time delivery.
Maintain MIS reports, operational trackers, and logistics dashboards to support KPI monitoring and management reporting.
Support procurement and vendor coordination activities including rate negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups.
Rotate across key operational departments — chartering, logistics, ship agency, and operations — as part of the structured MT development program.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across supply chain workflows.
