As a Telecaller Executive, you will be the voice of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, explain our offerings, and bridge the gap between customer needs and our solutions. Whether you are handling inbound inquiries or making outbound calls, your goal is to build rapport and deliver a stellar customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate telephonic contact with prospective clients using data sheets or handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Pitching & Conversion: Clearly explain products or services, handle objections confidently, and convert leads into active opportunities or sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, answer queries patiently, and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain the customer database/CRM software with call logs, follow-up dates, and lead status.
- Targets & Reporting: Meet daily/weekly talk-time and conversion targets, and provide daily performance summaries to the Team Lead.
Core Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High convincing power and a strong negotiation mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
