Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the education/teaching sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, ensuring smooth academic and administrative HR operations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment within the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with institutional and academic requirements.
- Manage faculty recruitment with a focus on candidates having teaching experience and academic excellence.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and educational norms (AICTE/UGC/affiliating bodies).
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems, especially for teaching faculty.
- Organize training and development programs for faculty and staff.
- Support management in strategic HR planning and institutional growth.
- Promote a healthy work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the education/teaching sector.
- Prior experience in managing faculty recruitment and academic HR processes is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of academic regulations and institutional HR practices.
