Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive Traffic Executive / Vehicle Placement Executive who can manage vehicle placements efficiently across Pan India. The ideal candidate must have strong transporter connections and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange vehicles (FTL/PTL) as per daily requirements
•
Coordinate with transporters, fleet owners, and drivers
•
Negotiate competitive freight rates
•
Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch
•
Handle urgent and last-minute requirements
•
Maintain strong vendor relationships
•
Track daily operations and update reports
•
Ensure compliance with transport regulations
•
Resolve operational issues (delays, shortages, breakdowns)
Requirements
•
1–5 years of experience in logistics/transport operations
•
Strong network of transporters across India
•
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•
Ability to work under pressure
•
Knowledge of routes, vehicle types, and market rates
•
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, coordination tools)
