- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Explain products/services and resolve queries.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
