We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and managing the complete hiring lifecycle. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS records.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Node.js, Python, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Mobile Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
