Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and influencers.
- Conduct product presentations and provide techno-commercial support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Execute promotional activities and support brand-building initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in:
- Tile Adhesives
- Construction Chemicals
- AAC Blocks
- Wall Putty
- Cement or Building Materials
- Strong dealer/distributor management experience.
- Good understanding of construction products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Background
Candidates currently working with leading Building Material, Tile Adhesive, Construction Chemical, AAC Block, Cement, or Wall Putty companies will be preferred.
