Job Summary
Minar Cruise Cochin is looking for a creative, passionate, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and video editing to help grow our brand online.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads and campaign management.
* Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
* Create engaging content and content calendars.
* Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
* Design creative posters, banners, and digital marketing creatives.
* Prepare ad creatives for Meta Ads and other online campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media features.
Requirements
* Experience in Digital Marketing is preferred.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
* Good video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
* Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
* Creative mindset with good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
