Job Summary:
We are hiring an industrial painter for applying protective coatings on structural steel components as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, etc.)
- Apply primer and finish coats using spray/brush/roller
- Ensure uniform coating thickness and finish
- Follow paint specifications and drying time requirements
- Maintain paint equipment and minimize wastage
Required Skills:
- Experience in industrial painting (steel structures preferred)
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems
- Familiarity with spray painting equipment
Preferred:
- Experience in PEB or heavy fabrication industry
- Understanding of DFT (Dry Film Thickness) measurement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
