Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee documentation and record keeping
- HR administration and compliance
- Coordination with staff and management
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (HR/Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
