Facilitate manpower hiring across the region within Budget and as per approved manpower plan

Source all positions of the zone within TAT

Ensuring quality of hire within the specified parameters.

Ensuring recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget.

Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process.

Liaison with HR Helpdesk to ensure seamless on-boarding experience.
Employee Engagement
-
Engaging with employees through regular branch visit to cascade key communiqués, identify concerns which employees face & provide timely resolution.

Design & Deploy suitable events to promote integration and interaction among employees.
-
Identify & roll out of employee engagement calendar for all employees.
-
Ensure Communication Forums are held with regular frequency.

Conceptualize and execute initiatives to support Diversity
Supporting Business Initiatives through interventions.

Responsible for driving participation among employees in the zone for various surveys undertaken directly by the organisation / group

Follow ups with stakeholders & disseminate information pertaining to various initiatives.

Liaison with Functional Managers/Zonal Heads to create and execute relevant Actions Plans.
Facilitate Performance Management Deployment

Conduct communication forums on goal setting exercise & performance appraisal while ensuring that employees have clear understanding & clarity on the processes.

Liaison with Functional Managers/Zonal Heads to drive for closures of KRA/appraisal and signoff on KRAs in Poornata.

Address employees’ concerns related to compensation revision exercise.

Identify Key talent within the zone through data analysis as well as interaction with zonal leadership, functional leadership and talent management team.
Drive Reward & Recognition Program

Management & execution of rewards & recognition programs

Support & facilitate for R&R /contest programs
HR Operations & Analytics

Liaison with HR Helpdesk in providing resolutions on various Operational queries.

Preparation of Business HR MIS on various HR metrics & creating dashboards

Enhancing HR effectiveness by Planning and implementing process improvements.

Facilitates Exits, Transfers & Operational activities on HRMS
-
Coordinate and resolve employee query with contact points in HR Operations/ Payroll Team.
Facilitate team development through effective interventions

Guide and coach the team in order to enhance performance.

Identify training needs of team members and provide on the Job training and monitor progress.
-
Provide regular feedback on performance.

Ensure career development of team members through timely role changes and enhancements.
