About the Role
Kangaroo Kids International Preschool is seeking a structured and enthusiastic Pre Primary Teacher to join our educational team at the HSR Layout center. This position is responsible for supporting the core classroom teaching delivery, coordinating interactive learning environments, and assisting with student activity preparations for children aged 2 to 6 years.
Schedule and Timings
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off
Core Responsibilities
- Instructional Support: Collaborate with the lead educator to execute daily thematic lesson plans including phonics, rhymes, storytelling, and sensory learning activities.
- Classroom Coordination: Maintain a structured, clean, and organized learning environment suitable for early childhood education.
- Material Preparation: Create, organize, and set up teaching aids, creative display boards, and interactive props for daily classroom themes.
- Student Supervision: Monitor and assist children during transitions, snack breaks, and afternoon dispersal times to ensure safety protocols are consistently met.
- Professional Development: Participate in mandatory institutional training programs, curriculum workshops, and skill-building modules provided by the center.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any stream is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory for classroom management and team collaboration.
- Core Attributes: Strong patience, interpersonal communication, and a clear interest in early childhood development methodologies.
