Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil / Mechanical)

Experience Required:
- Diploma (Civil/Mechanical): Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience.
- B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Mechanical): Minimum 8 years of relevant site experience.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Thermal Power Plants
- Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP)
- Captive Power Generation (CPG) Plants
- Power Generation Projects
- Refineries
- Oil & Gas Projects
- Heavy Industrial Construction Projects
- Petrochemical or Process Plants (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil/mechanical construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and all applicable safety regulations.
- Conduct routine site inspections, quality checks, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering and project management teams.
- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and contractor work progress for certification.
- Ensure proper documentation, material reconciliation, and adherence to project procedures.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
