Position Overview : We are looking for a "Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor" who will be responsible for ensuring immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and upkeep of the entire property.
Given the boutique size of the resort, this role is not limited to traditional housekeeping supervision. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing end-to-end housekeeping operations, coordinating across departments, and taking ownership of overall guest-facing hygiene standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring multitasking, operational discipline, and a strong guest-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, ensuring a consistent boutique luxury standard
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with all departments including Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, and other on-site staff for smooth daily operations
- Plan and manage daily housekeeping schedules, room allocations, cleaning checklists, and inventory/linen control
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and property areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and SOP compliance
- Manage housekeeping supplies, vendor coordination, guest requests, and ensure quick resolution of service-related issues
- Ensure readiness of all rooms and property areas for arrivals, events, and peak occupancy, while being available for urgent operational requirements

Eligibility
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in housekeeping operations (hotel / resort industry)
- Prior experience in boutique property / resort setup will be an advantage
