What You'll Own
You're the first face patients meet when they walk in for a consultation. Your job is twofold: diagnose accurately, and convert the right patients into treatment plans they trust.
- Conduct in-person consultations for prospective patients — hair restoration, skin treatments, and adjacent aesthetic services
- Diagnose and recommend treatments based on patient condition, lifestyle, and budget — including FUE, PRP, mesotherapy, GFC, and skin protocols
- Close consultations into paid treatment plans ethically — no scarcity tactics, no fake urgency. Build trust through expertise and clarity.
- Coordinate with the surgical team and counselors to ensure continuity from consult → procedure → follow-up
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and consult-outcome data in our CRM
- Handle objections (price, fear, time commitment) with clinical reasoning, not pressure
- Contribute to refining consultation scripts and treatment packages based on what's actually closing
Must-Haves
- MBBS with a diploma or degree in Cosmetology / Dermatology / Trichology — OR — BDS with verifiable formal cosmetology training and 1+ years of active cosmetic practice
- Minimum 1 years of in-clinic consultation experience in a cosmetic, hair, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic
- Demonstrable closure track record — comfortable discussing pricing, EMI, and treatment commitments with patients
- Working knowledge of FUE, PRP, GFC, mesotherapy, and core skin protocols
- Fluent in English + [regional language(s)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
