Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Biltrax’s core marketing engine, with a clear focus on driving inbound leads, strengthening market positioning, and supporting business growth. The individual will be responsible for translating complex data, insights, and internal inputs into clear, structured, and high-impact marketing output. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and contribute to measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who can operate with ownership, maintain consistency, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Inbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Own the strategy and execution of inbound marketing to attract qualified CXO-level leads.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that are tight, targeted, and high-quality.
- Optimise website for lead capture, clear value proposition, and demo booking flows.
- Build and manage a content-led funnel that converts website visitors and LinkedIn audiences into prospects.
- Track, measure, and improve lead quality metrics, not just volume.
2. Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive Biltrax's presence as the intellectual centre of construction intelligence in India.
- Build and execute a structured content calendar.
- Own the MD/Founder's personal branding on LinkedIn.
- Oversee Biltrax Pulse- our flagship annual & Semi- annual market intelligence report and ongoing sector-specific reports.
- Produce blog content and short-form insights that showcase Biltrax data as a decision-making tool.
- Create video snippets and multimedia content around client stories and market insights.
3. Sales Collateral & BD Support
- Build and maintain a library of high-quality, consistent marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the BD team to ensure all outgoing materials are on-brand and pitch-ready.
- Support the BD team with campaign materials for targeted outreach.
- Create and manage exhibition and event materials for industry participation.
4. Client Nurture & Retention Marketing
- Own the non-sales communication layer with existing clients- driving continuous value perception.
- Work with the BD/KAM team to identify low-engagement client accounts and trigger relevant marketing interventions.
- Contribute to higher renewal rates by ensuring clients actively perceive and use the value of their subscription.
5. Brand, Positioning & Consistency
- Ensure all Biltrax outputs- digital, print, presentations- follow a consistent tone, structure, and visual identity.
- Manage office branding, signage, and physical brand identity at the Navi Mumbai office.
- Oversee Biltrax's digital branding across all platforms.
- Manage event participation strategy: industry events, speaking opportunities, and post-event content amplification.
6. Biltrax Media
- Partnerships & PR Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, architecture firms, developers, product manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with exhibition and event organisers to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Expand Biltrax Media's industry presence through strategic collaborations.
- Monetisation
- Develop and execute monetisation strategies for Biltrax Media.
- Explore sponsored content, media partnerships, advertising opportunities, and other revenue streams.
- Work with the leadership team to identify commercially viable initiatives while maintaining editorial integrity
- Business Growth Strategies
- Drive initiatives focused on increasing Biltrax Media's reach, brand awareness, and industry presence.
- Identify new marketing channels, promotional campaigns, and audience growth opportunities.
- Propose and lead strategic initiatives that support the long-term growth of the platform.
- Lead Generation through Biltrax Media
- Explore ways to generate qualified leads through Biltrax Media's content and campaigns.
- Work with the Biltrax team to align media initiatives with business development goals where appropriate.
- Events & Industry Networking
- Represent Biltrax Media at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Identify and develop new networking opportunities beyond exhibitions, such as webinars, roundtables, panel discussions, podcasts, or knowledge-sharing events.
- Take ownership of planning and executing such initiatives to strengthen Biltrax Media's industry presence.
What We Are Looking ForCandidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10–11 years of B2B marketing experience- ideally in data, research, information services, consulting, or related industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent and structured execution approach.
- Hands-on experience developing high-quality marketing collaterals with a strong focus on clarity and structure.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline creation and conversions.
- Demonstrated ownership of content planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Experience producing high-quality marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate content and insight workflows, along with knowledge of standard marketing tools and platforms.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
