1. Batch Management & Operations
- Content Delivery: Audit, cross-check, and publish daily lecture videos, class notes, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and test papers on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) or app.
- Batch Health Monitoring: Track student attendance, engagement rates, and batch progression. Maintain daily activity trackers and report on "batch health" to management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary SPOC (Single Point of Contact) bridging students, faculty, and the central operations team. Address and escalate student queries regarding batch access and content.
2. DTP & Content Formatting
- Study Material Design: Typeset, format, and design clean, visually appealing educational booklets, class notes, and practice sets.
- Bilingual Formatting: Expertly format texts in dual languages (e.g., English and Hindi) for up-to-date regional requirements.
- Graphic Creation: Create compelling infographics, banners, posters, and certificates for both print and digital distribution.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread materials, ensure correct alignment, and maintain consistent formatting (fonts, spacing, headers/footers) in line with company brand guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
