Benchmark Developers is looking for an experienced CRM – Post Sales Executive for Benchmark Aspire project in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
The role focuses on customer relationship management after booking, collections follow-up, agreement documentation, banker coordination, registration support, and possession handover. We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate with real estate post-sales experience and strong customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Welcome call and onboarding of customers after booking
· Handle customer communication and relationship management
· Send and coordinate Demand letters, Reminder letters, NOC letters, EFT letters, and Possession letters
· Follow up for customer collections and payment schedules
· Coordinate with Accounts for payment reconciliation
· Assist customers regarding Agreement execution, TDS calculation/payment, and Registration process
· Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement and APF-related documents
· Maintain customer MIS, payment tracker, and documentation records
· Resolve customer queries and complaints
· Coordinate possession handover and related documentation
· Support society formation documentation as required
· Visit Benchmark Aspire site whenever required for customer coordination and handover support
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
· Graduate in any discipline
· 3–5 years experience in Real Estate CRM / Post Sales
. Hands on knowledge of ERP is mandatory.
· Candidates staying 45 minutes to 1 hour from Sector V, Salt Lake City are preferred.
· Age - 28 to 40 years preferred
· Immediate joiners preferred
· Good knowledge of collections follow-up, agreement documentation, registration process, bank coordination, customer handling, and MIS reporting
· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
· ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and profile suitability)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
