3. Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and supporting the company's growth objectives through data-driven marketing strategies.

5. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be preferred
- Freshers with exceptional campaign experience and certifications may also apply

7. Work Details
Mode: On-site (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
8. Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
- Ensure maximum return on advertising spend and achievement of business goals.
