Mercer is seeking candidates to join our Content and Publications Global Delivery Team in the Noida office . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Specialist - Content and Publications Global Delivery (C1)

As an analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's decision-making processes by providing data
driven insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends,
and communicating findings to key stakeholders. Your insights will inform strategic decisions that drive business

In Your First 30 Days:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's data infrastructure and tools.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders.
In Your First 60 Days:
- Demonstrate your ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to
stakeholders.
By Your 90th Day:
- Work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Collaborate effectively with your team and stakeholders.
You will have access to various training and development opportunities, including mentorship programs and support for professional certifications and advanced degrees.
We will count on you for:
- Understand project requirements from stakeholders via kick-off calls and regular interactions.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data in the compensation and benefits domain.
- Cleanse, process, and validate data for analysis.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
- Create basic dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other software.
- Manage project tasks and deliverables on agreed SLAs.
- Improve processes and achieve efficiencies through automation.
- Work in an Agile team environment.
What you need to have:
- Confidence, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Attention to detail and a passion for service delivery.
- Basic to intermediate statistical aptitude
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Preferred: Programming skills in languages like VBA, Python, R, etc.
- Team player with a high IQ
- Corporate skills and experience in a globally matrixed and multi-geography, multi-cultural offshore service
delivery environment
- Preferred: Experience in Survey Programming using Qualtrics.
