Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. Contact potential customers and explain company products/services. Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Promote products/services through online and offline marketing activities. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing. Confident and target-oriented approach. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
