We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations, website performance, CRM communication, digital marketing coordination, and SEO initiatives.
Role Overview
The Website Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand’s Shopify website, ensuring smooth product uploads, maintaining website hygiene, supporting digital marketing activities, handling customer communication channels, and improving overall online performance and customer experience.
This role requires someone with strong Shopify expertise, fashion/D2C understanding, and hands-on experience in SEO, CRM, e-commerce operations, and digital coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Website Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website
- Maintain website content, collections, banners, navigation, and landing pages
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates and improvements
- Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience are optimized
- Monitor website performance, speed, and technical issues
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Upload and manage product listings with accurate product information
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, variants, and images
- Maintain inventory visibility and collection organization
- Ensure all listings follow brand and SEO best practices
- Coordinate with merchandising and creative teams for timely launches
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement on-page SEO strategies across product and category pages
- Optimize metadata, alt tags, internal linking, and content structure
- Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic
- Work on technical SEO improvements and sitemap management
- Coordinate with external SEO agencies/freelancers if required
Digital Marketing & CRM Assistance
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and email platforms
- Coordinate website updates aligned with campaigns and launches
- Assist with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Support CRM activities including customer segmentation and retention campaigns
- Plan and execute email newsletters and promotional mailers
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, broadcasts, and customer engagement flows
- Coordinate festive campaigns, launch announcements, abandoned cart flows, and promotional communication
- Help improve conversion rates and customer journey across all digital touchpoints
E-commerce Operations
- Ensure smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout
- Monitor order flow, payment integrations, and app integrations
- Manage website merchandising based on trends, launches, and inventory
- Stay updated on Shopify apps, e-commerce trends, and fashion D2C best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Shopify website management
- Strong understanding of Shopify backend and apps
- Experience in product listing and catalog management
- Prior experience in Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, CRM, and digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing and WhatsApp marketing tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, Shopify analytics, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
