Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to support employee relations, grievance handling, employee engagement, absenteeism control, and workforce management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling shop-floor employees in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Grievance Handling
- Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
- Maintain grievance records and ensure proper documentation.
- Facilitate resolution of employee concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
Absenteeism & Attrition Management
- Interact regularly with employees to reduce unauthorized and uninformed absenteeism.
- Monitor and analyze absenteeism and attrition trends.
- Prepare monthly reviews and action plans for absenteeism and attrition control.
- Update and maintain employee leave records.
- Ensure adherence to unauthorized absence procedures.
- Conduct employee house visits whenever required.
Zonal Employee Engagement
- Coordinate with Production and Training teams to maintain required manpower levels as per capacity plans.
- Forecast employee turnover and coordinate skill availability with the Training department.
- Support onboarding and handholding of new employees to ensure smooth integration.
- Organize employee engagement activities for the assigned zone.
- Maintain employee personal and professional profiles.
- Support implementation of Team Leader (TL) / Group Leader (GL) concepts and succession planning initiatives.
OT Monitoring
- Monitor overtime hours for allocated teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to overtime.
Works Committee & Supervisor Forum
- Attend Works Committee and Supervisor Forum meetings.
- Communicate committee discussions and decisions to employees in the assigned zone.
- Coordinate the periodic selection of Works Committee representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduation degree (UG) or Post Graduation (PG) in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or industrial relations.
- Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
