Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in international recruitment, particularly US hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for US-based positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for US-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on US recruitment trends, hiring practices, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in International Recruitment, with strong exposure to US Hiring.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in international recruitment, with strong experience in US hiring. Candidates should have hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
