Job description:
We are seeking a responsible person for supervising and managing construction activities at the project site to ensure work is completed safely, on time and according to design specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, workers and project managers while monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship used in construction.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed at the construction site.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of materials used.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
Shift timing: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
