We are looking for an experienced Linux/Unix Leadto manage and support enterprise-level infrastructure in a banking environment.
The candidate will be responsible for leading BAU operations, managing critical incidents, ensuring system stability, and driving automation and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Linux/Unix infrastructure operations (BAU support)
- Handle incident, problem, and change management as per SLA
- Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Ensure high availability and system performance tuning
- Manage user access, security hardening, and compliance requirements
- Work on monitoring tools and proactive issue resolution
- Coordinate with application, database, network, and security teams
- Drive automation using Shell scripting / Ansible.
- Support DR drills, backup/restore activities, and audit compliance
- Lead client communication and provide status updates and RCA reports
