We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team as Field Sales Executives. The role involves setting up promotional canopies at designated locations, engaging with prospective homebuyers, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team in promoting the company's residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and dismantle promotional canopies at assigned locations.
- Ensure proper display of branding materials, brochures, standees, and promotional items.
- Identify and approach potential customers visiting the canopy or nearby areas.
- Introduce customers to the company's real estate projects and explain basic project details.
- Generate customer inquiries by collecting accurate contact information and housing requirements.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to prospective customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the canopy setup.
- Submit daily reports on canopy activities, customer interactions, and leads generated.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events organized by the company.
- Represent the company professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
