Job Description
1. Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
2. Lead hands-on development of Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Experience Cloud components.
3. Develop and configure Salesforce Gainsight solutions, including customer health scoring, success plans, journey orchestration, lifecycle management, and reporting to enable proactive customer success initiatives.
4. Implement AI-driven automation and intelligence using Salesforce Einstein, predictive case routing, sentiment analysis, intelligent recommendations, and automated workflows to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
5.Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, producing detailed technical designs, user stories, and implementation artifacts.
6.Build and maintain custom Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, batches and queueable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, Flows, and Platform Events.
7. Ensure code quality and platform performance by adhering to Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, Apex Enterprise Patterns, and test automation standards.
8. Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
9.Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce, Gainsight, and external systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
10.Support data migration, synchronization, and data quality initiatives, ensuring integrity across Service Cloud, Gainsight, and integrated systems.
11.Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes, including source control, automated testing, code reviews, and release deployments.Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, especially Service Cloud, Gainsight, Lightning, and Salesforce AI capabilities, and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on coding responsibility.
2. 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Certified JavaScript Developer certification preferred.
3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Gainsight, including configuration, data modeling, rules engine, success plans, and reporting (or strong experience integrating Gainsight with Salesforce).
4. Knowledge of Customer Success metrics (Health Score, NPS, CSAT, Renewal Risk)
5.Experience implementing AI-powered automation within Salesforce using Einstein AI, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows.
6. Experience with Einstein Bots, Digital Engagement, and AI-driven service analytics
7. 4+ years of Lightning development experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.

SOQL & Salesforce APIs
Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance tuning, Apex Enterprise Patterns, Apex Mocks, and testing best practices.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of integration patterns and ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Informatica.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and technical design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and influence technical decisions.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
