Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and growth-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow client accounts across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Blinkit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth marketplace operations, driving sales growth, optimizing advertising campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Blinkit.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to improve product visibility, sales performance, and marketplace rankings.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and business discussions to present insights and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term account success and satisfaction.
- Drive client renewals and identify upselling opportunities for additional services.
- Prepare and share sales reports, performance analysis, projections, and growth forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and account objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members while ensuring quality standards and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Blinkit seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, marketplace algorithms, and account optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace analytics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
