Full-Time Internship
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support the HR team in onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records
- Help prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Support HR policy communication and internal coordination
- BBA / MBA (HR) students or recent graduates
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
