Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Support employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
- Manage office administration including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
- Handle internal communication and assist management with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
