We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling US clients, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
In addition to managing customer interactions, this role will support our Email Marketing, Texting/SMS Campaigns, Content Creation, and perform basic data analytics.
The candidate should be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and have a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
