Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of restaurants, banquets, room service, and other food & beverage outlets. The role focuses on ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, supervising associates, and contributing to revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and requisition processes.
- Support cost-control measures and minimize wastage.
- Train and guide F&B associates to maintain service excellence.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Support the planning and execution of events, banquets, and special promotions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
