About the Role:
Udayan Care is looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Repairing Trainer to deliver vocational training to underserved youth and enhance their employability through industry-relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training in mobile hardware and software repair
- Train students in diagnostics, flashing, troubleshooting, and chip-level repair
- Monitor trainee progress, assessments, and attendance
- Maintain training equipment, tools, and learning resources
- Support placement activities and job-readiness sessions
- Prepare training reports and documentation
- Conduct soft-skills and workplace readiness sessions
Eligibility:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Repairing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in Mobile Repairing preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair
- Experience in training/teaching under skilling programs preferred
- Knowledge of smartphone diagnostics and repair tools
- Basic MS Office and digital skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage
