Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, handle student inquiries, coordinate admissions, and ensure a professional experience for all visitors and aspirants.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
- Counsel prospective students about available courses and training programs.
- Coordinate demo class registrations and follow up with prospective students.
- Maintain student records, admission forms, and enquiry databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and classroom sessions.
- Support the admission and fee collection process.
- Prepare daily enquiry, admission, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and the management team for smooth batch operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks including printing, filing, document management, and office coordination.
- Assist in promotional events, seminars, and educational workshops conducted by the academy.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in front office, customer support, telecalling, counseling, education, or administration will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.
