We are looking for a Sales & Membership Manager who can drive membership growth, manage gym operations, and build strong member relationships.
Role Overview
The Sales & Membership Manager will be responsible for:
- Gym membership sales
- Lead generation and follow-ups
- Conversion of enquiries into memberships
- Front desk and daily gym operations
- Member retention and engagement
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in gym sales, fitness sales, membership management, front office management, or fitness center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in enquiries and membership sales
- Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly membership sales targets
- Promote personal training and premium programs
- Oversee daily gym operations
- Manage front desk and member check-ins
- Maintain CRM and membership records
- Ensure smooth coordination between coaches and members
- Handle billing, renewals, and payment tracking
- Maintain high service standards
- Build strong relationships with members
- Handle customer queries and concerns
- Improve member retention rates
- Support community events and gym campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Experience in gym sales / fitness sales / membership sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of gym operations
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Professional appearance and confident personality
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in premium gym or fitness center
- Background in fitness industry
- Team leadership experience
- Operations management experience
