How It Works — Our 3 Step System
Step 1 — Free Skill Assessment
Every candidate gets a free assessment. No charges. No commitment. Just an honest evaluation of where you currently stand.
Step 2 — Your Personal Track Is Decided
Based on your assessment result, you are placed into one of two tracks:
Project Track — For Candidates With Basic Skills
You directly join our live development team and work on real projects alongside experienced developers. You get hands-on experience, technical mentorship, and a certificate of completion. This track is completely focused on building your portfolio and making you job-ready.
Skill Development Track — For Absolute Beginners
If you are starting from zero, this is your launchpad. You go through a structured learning program with guided assignments, live mentorship, and real project work. Program fee for this track is discussed personally after your free assessment. Once you complete this track, eligible candidates move directly into the Project Track and get job referral support.
Step 3 — Job Referral For Eligible Candidates
Candidates who successfully complete all projects and evaluations are considered for referral support within CYBERSOLVINGS's network. We do not guarantee a job — but we give you every tool, skill, and connection to get there yourself.
What You Will Build
By the end of this program you will have:

- Hands-on experience in Web Development, Software Development, or AI
- Industry-relevant technical skills that companies actually look for

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in assigned projects and development tasks
- Complete technical evaluations and weekly milestones
- Collaborate with mentors and team members regularly
- Build and submit real projects for your portfolio
- Attend mentorship sessions and implement feedback
- Communicate progress and challenges clearly with your mentor

- Freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience
- Students from any degree background
- Recent graduates looking to start their tech career
- Career switchers passionate about technology
- Anyone with zero experience but 100 percent willingness to learn
Skills Preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in coding and technology
- Problem solving and logical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated with consistent learning habits
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
