Job Summary
Nexwise Associates Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on assigned accounts, and supporting collection activities while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at assigned locations for collection and follow-up activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and repayment schedules.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update daily visit reports and collection records.
- Coordinate with the internal team and management regarding case updates.
- Ensure all collection activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within the specified timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
- Prior experience in collections, sales, banking, NBFC, or field operations is an added advantage.

Note: This is an incentive-based role. No fixed salary will be provided.
Experience: Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,456.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
