Job Summary:
Naruvi Hospitals is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled IT Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and user-friendliness of our healthcare software systems. This includes testing applications such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), patient portals, and other critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on software requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for hospital IT systems.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and performance issues using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, IT staff, and clinical stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Test core hospital applications including EMR, LIS, PACS, billing, and scheduling systems.
- Ensure testing aligns with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
- Document testing procedures and prepare detailed QA reports.
- Assist with system go-live events, validations, and performance monitoring.
- Support training and feedback collection from end-users during UAT phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in software testing, ideally in a hospital or healthcare IT environment.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle (STLC), and defect management.
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with hospital systems like EMR/HIS is a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- ISTQB certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
