About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers with strong analytical, research, and communication skills to join our team as an RFP Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in proposal management, business development support, and client-facing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs received from prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation.
- Assist in preparing high-quality business proposals and responses.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support proposal development.
- Maintain proposal content, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while meeting quality standards.
- Support bid management and proposal tracking activities.
Required Skills
- MBA (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or related specialization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good research and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
