We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our team. Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
