Job Description
1-Structure legal documentation for Education Institutional Loans in line with business requirements and applicable law
2-Conduct legal due diligence of educational institutions, trusts, societies, Section 8 companies, universities, and related entities
3-Review constitutional documents, approvals, licenses, accreditations, and statutory registrations
4-Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations, RBI guidelines, Companies Act, Trust Act, Society Registration Act, and other relevant statutes
5-Advise business teams on legal and regulatory developments impacting institutional lending
6-Assist in managing legal disputes, recovery matters, and enforcement actions related to institutional loans
Key Responsibilities:
1- 8 to 10 years of experience in legal functions within NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms
2-Experience in secured lending, corporate lending, project finance, or education/institutional financing preferred
3-Exposure to legal due diligence and transaction documentation for educational institutions will be an added advantage
4-Contract Drafting & Negotiation
5-Litigation Coordination
6-Excellent drafting and communication abilities
