Position: Telecaller
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound & inbound customer calls
- Promote solar energy solutions and generate leads
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries
- Achieve sales and call targets
- Maintain records and customer interaction details
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales and convincing ability
- CRM handling & multitasking skills
- Knowledge of solar/renewable energy is an added advantage
- Positive, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English & regional languages
