System & Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), servers, workstations, and peripheral devices (printers, routers) to optimize performance.
Database & ERP Management: Handle daily data processing, system backups, and information retrieval. Ensure data integrity and smooth operations across enterprise platforms.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Provide hands-on or remote helpdesk support to end-users across departments.
Vendor & Asset Management: Maintain IT asset registers, coordinate with software vendors for upgrades, and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment.
Experience in Spinning mills prefered with working knowledge in Prime Software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
