Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events. They study market trends and competitor activity to find new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurturing both new and existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling pricing discussions, answering client inquiries, and negotiating contract terms to successfully close deals and drive revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align sales strategies and provide valuable client feedback
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
