Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Computer Operator cum Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the crusher plant and maintain accurate production and dispatch records. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, ensuring smooth plant operations, coordinating with drivers and customers, and handling computer-based documentation and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesComputer Operations
- Maintain daily production, dispatch, and stock records.
- Prepare weighbridge slips, invoices, challans, and reports.
- Enter and update data in Excel and other software.
- Maintain records of fuel consumption, vehicle movement, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily plant performance.
Site Supervision
- Supervise crusher plant operations and workforce.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with operators, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards at the plant.
- Report equipment breakdowns and operational issues to management.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatch schedules.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
- Experience in crusher plants, mining, construction, or industrial operations preferred.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to supervise manpower and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts and outdoor site conditions.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in a crusher plant, mining, construction, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Salary
- As per experience and company standards.
