Lancrs Bangla Academy, a Kolkata-based EdTech company, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
- Prior experience working with an EdTech company is mandatory
- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (both verbal and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Strong customer relationship and lead-conversion skills
- Good understanding of the education/EdTech market
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
