Job Description – System Engineer / Network Engineer

We are looking for a proactive System Engineer / Network Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations. The role involves user account management, IT asset allocation, system troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate IT trackers to ensure smooth business operations.
Create, modify, and manage user accounts for employees and doctors (Email, Active Directory, O365, applications)
Assign and manage IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and networks
Provide timely end-user IT support and issue resolution
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
Maintain and update IT asset, user access, and issue trackers
Coordinate with internal teams
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience in system administration and end-user support
Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ticketing tools and asset management systems
Exposure to corporate or healthcare IT environments
