- Executed ground-mounted solar PV projects, handling both electrical and mechanical installation activities.
- Supervised Module Mounting Structure (MMS), tracker installation, module mounting, cable laying, inverter installation, HT/LT works, earthing, and testing & commissioning.
- Planned, monitored, and coordinated project execution to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Managed contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams while resolving site execution challenges.
- Coordinated with engineering, procurement, construction, and clients to achieve project milestones.
- Ensured compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout project execution.
- Worked effectively in challenging site conditions and managed multiple stakeholders for successful project delivery.
